Report Incorrect Provider Address

Go to the provider section and select the provider that you want to add a new site for e.g. Paradigm Mortgages.

Click the red icon on the address details panel.

The report address details page should load up and look like this.

The blue box at the top contains some instructions for reporting addresses.

Fill in the details of the incorrect address.

Once you have filled in the incorrect details click the green send email button and the details will be sent to support.
