If you get an error message appear on your screen similar to the one shown below:

This particular record or section of the system has caused a problem for your user account. If you are an adviser it may be that the product or person you tried to access is not assigned to you.

If you are a system Admin then this may indicate a data issue - Please contact the support team with information on the error message and details on what you were trying to access.
