Getting Started Guide

 This getting started guide shows you how to begin to navigate around Adviser Cloud Software.

Login

Go to your unique personal adviser cloud web link. Enter Pin, Username and Password then click Blue SignIn button. (All the details will have been emailed to you when you joined Adviser Cloud)

The Dashboard

You can customise your dash board with interchangeable widgets which provide you with brief summaries.

Click the cog to choose your layout and which information you wish to show.

Choose from the list shown below which widgets you wish to show.

Below is an example of a Configured Dashboard.

Navigation

Along the bottom of the screen are the sections within Adviser Cloud, the support button and the Logout button.

Many Functions and Actions can be found within each of the Sections.

Companies

People

Tasks

Reports

Accounts

Settings

Software Support and Help

Help and Support with Adviser Cloud can be accessed by clicking the Blue Support Button which is found at the bottom right of your screen to access Live Chat with a member of the support team

This pop up will appear and you can search for help guides or start a live chat with a member of the support Team.

For example - search Commission:

To search for required help articles, simply type in a word or phrase as shown below.
