View and Search for People

Click the tab for the People section of Adviser Cloud.

The following menu will be displayed at the top of the screen.

There are two ways to search for and view a person:

1) Search

enter name of person / status / policy number to the search box and then click grey Search box.

A List of possible results will be displayed.

Click the blue View button next to the person you wish to view.

2) Advanced Search

Click the Search Tab and then select how you wish to search

Search for Clients - complete the required fields you wish to search by i.e. date of birth and click search

Search for Policy or Plans - complete the required fields you wish to search by i.e. Status and click search

Click green Search button

 A list of possible results will be displayed.

Click the blue View button next to the person you wish to view.
